After reading Doctor Jason Fung’s books on Intermittent Fasting this one felt like just a lot of words with very little science or proof of research. So… The only reason I gave it two stars is because I got a good night’s sleep a couple of nights in a row. Not the book I’d recommend if this is something you are interested in. Oh, it does say the words ‘after 50’ on occasion but that just wasn’t enough information for what most are looking for.
